Love Smoothies // Strawberry Coconut & Raspeberry Almond

Happy Valentines Day!

May today be a reminder that Love trumps everything. Forget about hate, judgement, jealousy, greed, anger, discrimination, and all other forms of negative traits. These are bad habits that end up being a waste of time and energy – and never solve anything either. Instead I want to invite you to spread the Love wherever you may go. Fall in love with yourself, first and foremost, and with Life. And I promise you it will love you back. I’ve recently realized that if you send only positive vibes into the World, good things come in return. This is definitely easier said than done when we face challenges on a daily basis, but if you remind yourself to stay positive and to love no matter what, you will quickly notice that those challenges dissipate and that Life smiles back at you. So try it! :)

What better way to show you care about someone (and that could be yourself) than by sharing a healthy and nutritious smoothie with them? Connect with your loved ones while sipping on these Love smoothies that are sweet, refreshing and creamy. Both of these smoothies contain a not-so secret Love ingredient: Maca powder. Originating in the Andes Mountains, Maca is a root vegetable believed to help increase energy, reduce fatigue, and improve libido. These Love smoothies are therefore perfect as an energy-booster to start off your day the right way – whether it be on Valentine’s Day or any other day. ♥
